What local processing means
Most Towalles tools run logic in your browser: JWT decode, hashing, JSON format, image compression, and more. Your input is not sent to Towalles servers for computation. That reduces exposure during transit and storage—good for dev test data, public algorithm demos, and learning.
Exceptions: third-party libraries or ad scripts follow their vendors' policies. We do not load AdSense on thin pages like empty favorites or recent history—only on tool and guide pages with substantive tutorial content.
AdSense and cookies
We may show ads via Google AdSense on content pages. Google and partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads where law and your settings allow. See our Privacy Policy and Google Ad Settings. We publish ads.txt at towalles.com/ads.txt.
Ad loading is separate from tool computation: ads do not cause Towalles to upload your tool input. Still avoid pasting production secrets, full PII, or unreleased customer data—local processing is not a license to ignore data classification.
Responsible use checklist
Before paste: secrets, tokens, government IDs? Can you use redacted samples? After use: clear inputs and close tabs. For teams: use pii-scanner on prompts; use password-strength for policy education, not collecting real passwords.
Towalles provides tutorials, FAQs, and guides for AdSense review and real users. We prefer depth over volume: each tool should have clear scenarios, examples, and privacy notes—not hollow pages for count.
